OUR MISSION
It is our mission at Happy Nails Bard and Spa to provide all our guests with a remarkable experience while performing our business with integrity and deep knowledge of our profession. We are committed to providing superior service to each individual guest with added value. Through our friendly customer service and life long education, we will strive to be your number one choice for all your NAIL CARE needs, while setting the standard in nails spa environmental responsibility.
Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. It is not affected by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to:
• Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
• While receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
• Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.
• Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.
Appointments/Cancelations
No matter what kind of appointment you are making, keep in mind that time has become a precious commodity - both yours and the person you’re making the appointment with. etiquette for the nail salon is no different than etiquette anywhere else. don’t intentionally treat others' time with disrespect. nail technicians nearly all depend on their appointments to make a living, and when you don’t show up, it’s likely they don’t get paid. most salons even charge you if you don’t show up ,but we won’t . technicians will usually understand if you have over-scheduled yourself and can let them know as soon as you see you aren’t going to make it. the earlier the better, because there’s a chance that the tech can fill the vacancy with someone on a waiting list or with a walk-in customer. your appointments are very important to our Happy Nails team professionals. we hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 24-hour notice. this way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. we do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. however, if same-day cancellations become a habit ("3 times"), you may not make the appointment with us in the future.
REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
• Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days and 7 days for dipping and enhancements service after your appointment. If you notice chips or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with original color of service.
• You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
• Repairs after guarantee time for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
• We will not be responsible for any infected nails.
• We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.
• We will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
• As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
• Regular polish: we do not guarantee the longevity of any regular polish product once the service has been completed. any fixes will incur an additional charge.
If after a phone consultation the nail artist agrees to do a fill on your nails which were previously done by another salon, please be advised that we cannot guarantee how long your nails will actually last. This is because we have no control over how your nails were originally done by another salon, and this plays a major role in lifting.
It is our goal to satisfy our customers. if you are not satisfied with the service you were provided, please inform our manager before leaving. if any issues arise later, please contact us within 72 hours from the date of service. the original nail technician will fix needed repairs. all repairs must be completed within 48 hours after contacting us. under certain circumstances, exceptions may be made. all services are final. no refunds or credit will be applied once service is started.
waiver of liability/clean instruments and supplies
All services are completely optional and have been requested by the individual, agent of an individual or party host on behalf of his/her guests. We at Happy Nails makes every effort to ensure that clients are not subjected to any bacterial/fungal infections by using new files, buffers and foot files on each person in addition to disinfecting all non-disposable tools in hospital-grade disinfectant between each client. we use the highest quality cosmetic grade products if the client is allergic to anything or may develop any kind of allergies during or after services are being rendered, we at Happy Nails Bar and Spa are not liable. the client releases Happy Nails Bar and Spa and our nail technicians of any and all liability as a direct or indirect result of services rendered. we use products like pure acetone, polish remover, rubbing alcohol, etc., which can damage your valuables. hence clients are requested to cover their table, couch, sheets, flooring, etc. before they ask our nail technicians to set up for services. if any damage occurs during service, Happy Nails bar and Spa nor our nail technicians, are not liable and are not responsible for any damage that may occur, and will not be liable or responsible to replace or pay for your damaged items.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting the changes on the site. any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the site.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept cash. All major credit cards ($10 minimum) will get an additional 3% fee from the card processing company. We do not accept tips on cards or checks. we request and appreciate cash gratuity
GIFT CARD
• Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
• Gift card are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
• We are not liable to redeem any gift card that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
*anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
*Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
*anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
*rude, mean, or disrespectful people.
